Reserve materials online, by phone or in person. A valid library card is required to request items. You will be notified when the item you requested is available for pick up. Materials are held at the Circulation Desk for five days from notification.
 To Reserve Online
- Go to the SWAN library catalog.
- Search and find the item you want.
- Call the library 630/887-8760 if the item you are looking for is on shelf.
- If the item is checked out, click the "Request" button at the top of the page.
- Fill out the form. First time users must create a PIN (Person Identification Number).
- To place several reserves, log on to "My Account" first, then search for the items to request. This saves you the time of filling out the form for each request.
- If you forget your PIN or there is a problem accessing your account, please call 630/887-8760 for assistance.
