 HOW TO REQUEST MATERIALS USING THE CATALOG
- Go to the library catalog (SWAN)
- Search and find the item you want.
- Call the library 630/887-8760 if the item you are looking for is on shelf.
- If the item is checked out, click the "Request" button at the top of the page.
- Fill out the form. First time users must create a PIN (Person Identification Number).
- To place several reserves, log on to "My Account" first, then search for the items to request.
- If you forget your PIN or there is a problem accessing your account, please call 630/887-8760 for assistance.
- You can now cancel your own holds. Just click on requests (holds). You have the option to choose "Cancel All" or "Cancel Selected". To "Cancel Selected", choose hold(s) to be canceled by clicking in the box before the listed title. Then click the "Cancel Selected" button.

NOTIFICATIONS
