Federal and state income tax filing due date has been automatically extended from April 15, 2020, to July 15, 2020. Taxpayers can also defer federal income tax payments due on April 15, 2020, to July 15, 2020, without penalties and interest, regardless of the amount owed. Tax Assistance
We don't know of anywhere providing free tax preparation services outside of the IRS Free File program that is online only. Preparers have to meet certain maximum income requirements - the person who is filing could not make over $69,000 in the tax year being filed.
