    Access DuPage is a collaborative effort whose mission is to provide access to medical services to those people in DuPage County who lack access because of economic reasons.

    Provides information about ACA (Affordable Care Act) resources, and links to community ACA events.

  • DuPage Rx

    An RX card may be used by all DuPage County residents regardless of age, income, or existing health coverage. There is no enrollment form, no membership fee, and no restrictions or limits on frequency of use. Cardholders and their families may use the card any time their prescriptions are not covered by insurance. Stop by the Ask Us Desk for a card or call 630/887-8760 ext. 240 for more information.

    Learn about the Affordable Care Act, and find local help for the nearest application assisters, Medicaid or CHIP, small business, or non-English resources.

    Use the official website to sign up, access forms, and learn what Medicare covers.

  • Nursing Home Compare

    This tool provides detailed information about the past performance of every Medicare and Medicaid certified nursing home in the country. Also includes a Guide to Choosing a Nursing Home and a Nursing Home Checklist to help you with your nursing home choice.

  • The U.S. Administration on Aging Online Eldercare Locator

    By entering a zip code, caregivers and older persons can locate local information and referral organizations. These organizations can help them locate appropriate services. The Eldercare Locator can also be reached by calling 800/677-1116.
